Typically, orders will ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering and will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. 

All items are shipped within the USA using USPS for a flat rate of $7.99. Once your item has shipped, you will receive USPS tracking information via email.

You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address for your package. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again.

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it, you can do the following:

1. Check with your neighbors and family to make sure they did not receive your package by accident.

2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to let them know you never received your package.

3. If you still have not found your package, file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
